BSA Ladder is a mixture of about 8 BSA oligomers to be used as molecular-weight standards for large proteins in the molecular-weight range 67,000- 500,000. BSA Ladder™ is stored at -20°C. Before use, it is shortly incubated at elevated temperature (about 1 min at approx. 60°C) to dissolve the precipitate.
