Guarant capillaries have a hydrophilic neutral coating with suppressed electroosmotic flow EOF (electroosmotic mobility µEOF 0.5 × 10-9 m2V-1s-1). The coating is hydrolytically stable in the pH range 2 - 10.5. We offer coated capillaries with a detection window positioned according to your specification at no additional cost. The capillaries are suitable for CZE and CIEF of proteins and for CZE of denatured DNA.
