CZECH Ladder™ is a mixture of 7 denatured proteins to be used as molecular-weight standards in the molecular-weight range 14,000 134,000. It is also useful in testing the entire system performance measuring separation efficiency of these proteins. CZECH Ladder™ is stored at -20°C. Before use, CZECH ladder™ is shortly incubated at elevated temperature (about 1 min at approx. 60°C) to dissolve precipitate.
